Albert Au teaches Lean LaunchPad to founders in any field. The deepest work is with digital health, medtech, and AI teams. The same method applies to other ventures.

He has taught Lean LaunchPad since 2018. He is a Visiting Lecturer at The Hong Kong Polytechnic University. He is also a trainer at HKU SPACE, Hong Kong Science and Technology Parks Corporation (HKSTP), and HKU DeepTech.

The topics are customer discovery, the business model canvas, value proposition, and commercialization.
